Symposium Location

The 2012 symposium will be held at the magnificent Las Vegas Green Valley Ranch (GVR) Hotel, Resort and Spa.

The elegant décor and hotel accommodations, world-class cuisine and lively entertainment provide an outstanding locale and venue to host the healthcare industry’s premiere educational event for procedural skills training facilities. GVR’s rooms and suites range from affordable comfort to lavish luxury. We have established a very special pricing arrangement for the conference. Reservations with The Green Valley Ranch can be made over the telephone by calling 866-782-9487 and requesting group code (GCIBIOS).

Reservations cannot be made on-line for the Symposium rate and inclusions.
Please be sure to request the "2012 Bio-Skills Lab Management Symposium Rate" (group code GCIBIOS).

A non-refundable deposit of one night’s room and tax is required to make the reservation. (The reservation is transferable.)

The group rate is available August 9th through August 17th for those wishing to arrive early and/or to extend their stay.

The room rate is $130 per night plus tax. This includes:

Discount Reservation Deadline

The deadline for making room reservations at the group rate is Friday, July 20th.  After this date, if rooms are available, they will be at the prevailing rates.
